使命/Mission
实验室瞄准当代地理空间信息科学技术前沿和国家、地方经济社会发展的重大需求,围绕对海量地观测数据从获取到深度应用的两个关键环节-“数据挖掘”与“信息共享”,以福建省国民经济社会信息化重大工程计划-“数字福建”为试验场,开展地球科学与信息通信技术等交叉学科领域的应用基础研究,促进相关学科的融合与发展,推进知识与技术创新,提高高层次人才的培养能力,服务于我国国民经济与社会信息化、海峡西岸经济区建设,推动国际科技合作与交流。
LSDMIS lab targets at the frontiers of Geo-information Science and Technology, and the great demands of national and local socio-economic development. It focuses on two key components, i.e., data mining and information sharing, from the acquisition of big observation data to their in-depth application. Based upon the Major Plan of Fujian Economic and Social Informatization -“Digital Fujian”, the lab carries out applied basic research in cross-disciplinary fields related to Earth Observation Science and Information Communication Technology to promote the integration and development of multiple disciplines, and enhance knowledge and technological innovation, and to improve the education of talents at various levels, for better servicing the informatization of national socio-economics, the construction of Western Shore Economic Zone, and the international cooperation and exchanges of science and technology.
目标/Goals
肩负科学、技术、教育、服务使命,实验主要发展目标是:
(1)探索地理过程建模和遥感信息机理的基础理论,发展地球观测数据获取与处理的新方法;
(2)研发地理大数据挖掘与分析、网络共享与服务、可视化与虚拟仿真的前沿技术;
(3)开展区域/行业信息化的顶层设计,开展数字省/智慧城市的标准、规范和信息化应用成套关键技术,建立信息与知识共享平台,推进政务大数据的共享与云服务;
(4)开发具有自主知识产权的地理空间信息管理与服务、电子政务、地理决策、地理知识服务、虚拟地理环境等应用支撑软件系统;
(5)面向国家和省区的重大需求,开展资源环境生态、新型城镇化、文化传承与公共事业的信息化应用示范,致力于智慧城市建设,服务于区域可持续发展。
Dedicated to the mission of science, technology, education, and service, the main development goals of LSDMIS are:
(1)To explore basic theories related to geographic process modeling and remote sensing information mechanism and develop novel methods for acquiring and processing earth observation data;
(2)To develop cutting-edge technologies for the mining and analysis of big geo-spatial data, network sharing and services, visualization, and virtual simulation;
(3)To design the information infrastructures at regional and industry levels, and to develop applicable information and knowledge, sharing platforms/systems, and to promote demonstration applications of science and e-government data sharing and service;
(4)To develop application support software systems such as geospatial information management and services, e-government, geographic decision-making, geographic knowledge services, and virtual geographic environments with independent intellectual property rights;
(5)To construct informatization application demonstrations of resource and environment ecology, new urbanization, cultural inheritance, and public utilities, devoted to the construction of smart cities and serving regional sustainable development.
